दिल्ली में आर्य समाज विवाह की जानकारी आसान शब्दों में:
- कुल खर्च: ₹5100 + ₹500 (पंडित जी को दक्षिणा)
- कोई छुपा हुआ खर्च नहीं है।
- दूल्हा-दुल्हन को आना / लाना होगा:
- 5-5 पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो
- जन्म प्रमाण और पता प्रमाण
- 2 गवाह जरूरी हैं:
- किसी भी पक्ष से हो सकते हैं
- उम्र 18 साल से ज्यादा होनी चाहिए
- पहचान पत्र (ID Proof) होना चाहिए
- आर्य समाज विवाह पूरी तरह वैध और कानूनी होता है, और विवाह प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाता है।
- पूरी प्रक्रिया में लगभग 2 से 4 घंटे का समय लगता है।
- समय: सोमवार से शनिवार, सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक
- रविवार को विवाह कराने पर ₹1000 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाता है।
- आर्य समाज सरकार से पंजीकृत है और विवाह प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने का अधिकार रखता है।
- दूल्हे की उम्र 21 वर्ष से अधिक और दुल्हन की उम्र 18 वर्ष से अधिक होनी चाहिए।
- दूल्हा-दुल्हन हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 के तहत निषिद्ध रिश्ते में नहीं होने चाहिए।
- दोनों का धर्म हिंदू, सिख, जैन या बौद्ध होना चाहिए।
- कोर्ट मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट भी साथ में कराया जा सकता है:
- नोएडा/गाजियाबाद से: उसी दिन आर्य समाज + कोर्ट रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट – ₹12,500
- दिल्ली से: 2 दिनों में आर्य समाज + कोर्ट मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट – ₹15,000
