3. That I am a citizen of India.
4. That I intend to marry  ____________________,S/o:_________________,R/o:________________, my own free will and choice without any kind of pressure, coercion of force from any side. 
5. That the marriage was solemnized on _________________ with __________________________, S/o: _____________________________, R/o: ___________________________________________________, according to Vedic Rites at T-93 H Ground Floor, Khirki Village, Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation Malviya Nagar New Delhi – 110017, according to Hindu rites and ceremonies.
6. That at the time of marriage, I was not related to ____________________________, S/o: _________________________________, within the prohibited degree of relationship and not spinda as per the Hindu Marriage Act
