At Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation, we aim to provide clear and transparent terms for marriage bookings, cancellations, and refund requests. Please read the following policies and terms carefully before confirming your marriage booking or making any payment.
By making a marriage booking, submitting a booking request, or making any payment to Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. These policies shall apply to your booking and the services provided by the Foundation, subject to applicable laws.
Booking and Advance Payment
All marriage bookings are subject to confirmation by Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation upon receipt of the applicable booking amount. A booking receipt or written confirmation shall be provided for the payment received.
The booking amount is collected to reserve the selected marriage date and time and to facilitate necessary administrative arrangements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of a confirmed marriage booking by the couple or the booking party, the following terms shall apply:
Booking Amount
For bookings involving a payment of ₹1,100 or more, any refund request shall be considered by the Foundation on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the booking terms, cancellation circumstances, and expenses actually incurred.
Cancellation requests submitted within 72 hours of booking confirmation shall be considered by the Foundation in accordance with the applicable refund policy and circumstances of the request.
Any eligible refund shall be processed after verification and approval by the Foundation.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to aryasamajmandirfoundation@gmail.com.
Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing exclusively through the Foundation’s official email address:

The cancellation request must include the following details:

Name of the couple.

Booking reference number or receipt.

Scheduled marriage date.

Payment details and reason for cancellation.
Verbal requests or telephone conversations shall not constitute formal written cancellation requests.
Refund Approval and Final Decision
All cancellation and refund requests shall be examined by the authorized representatives of Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation.
The Foundation shall verify the booking records, payment details, applicable policy, and circumstances of the cancellation before making a decision.
The decision regarding the eligibility and amount of any refund shall be communicated to the concerned party through the official email address.
All decisions shall be subject to applicable laws and the rights and remedies available to the parties under law.
Rescheduling of Marriage Booking
A couple wishing to reschedule a confirmed marriage booking must submit a written request to aryasamajmandirfoundation@gmail.com.
Rescheduling shall be subject to availability and written confirmation by the Foundation.
Any additional charges or expenses arising from rescheduling shall be communicated to the couple before confirmation.
Adjustment of the previously paid booking amount against a revised date shall be subject to the Foundation’s approval and applicable booking terms.
Cancellation by Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation
If the Foundation is unable to solemnize a marriage on the confirmed date due to circumstances attributable to the Foundation, the couple may request either:

Rescheduling of the marriage to another mutually agreed available date; or

A refund of the booking amount and advance payment for services not provided, subject to verification.
The Foundation shall communicate the available options to the concerned couple.
Refund Processing Time
Where a refund has been approved, the Foundation shall ordinarily process the refund within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
The actual time taken for the amount to be credited may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.
Refunds shall ordinarily be made to the original payment source or a verified account of the person who made the payment.
Amendments to the Policy
Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation reserves the right to update or amend this policy from time to time.
Any revised policy shall be published on the Foundation’s official website and shall ordinarily apply to bookings made after the effective date of such revision.
Existing confirmed bookings shall remain subject to the terms communicated and accepted at the time of booking, except where otherwise mutually agreed or permitted by law.

By making a marriage booking with Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation, the couple or booking party acknowledges that they have been provided an opportunity to read and understand this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy shall be applied subject to applicable law
By making a marriage booking with Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation, submitting a booking request, or making any payment towards a marriage booking, you acknowledge and by default that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
