Girl Protection for Marriage

Marriage is a sacred institution that should uphold the dignity, rights, and well-being of all individuals involved, especially girls. In light of this, the Arya Samaj Mandir Foundation is committed to ensuring the protection and empowerment of girls in the context of marriage.

1. Informed Consent: Girls have the right to enter into marriage only with their full and informed consent. Any form of coercion, pressure, or manipulation to force a girl into marriage is strictly prohibited.
2. Minimum Age: The foundation adheres to the legal minimum age of marriage as prescribed by law. No girl under the legal age of marriage will be solemnized in marriage ceremonies conducted by the foundation
